1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the access and use of the website imeigsx.com, the Telegram bot @imeigsx_bot, and all related services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"), provided by IMEIGSX (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). By registering on the site, using the bot, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Description of Services

IMEIGSX provides the following services:

• IMEI / serial number status checking and device diagnostics
• Apple GSX and related premium reports
• Server-based unlock and carrier-related services (where available)
• API access for integration with external systems

Many services are fulfilled through third-party suppliers. We act as an intermediary between the user and the service provider.

3. Registration and Account

• Registration (including via Telegram) is required to use paid services and the client cabinet
• You agree to provide accurate information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and Telegram access
• Each user may only have one account
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms

4. Payment and Balance

• Payment for services is made by topping up your internal account balance
• We accept payments via CryptoCloud, CryptoBot, Telegram Stars, Binance Pay, bank card top-ups, and other methods shown in the bot / cabinet
• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified
• Service prices may change without prior notice
• Balance top-ups are generally non-refundable — funds on the balance cannot be returned in monetary form except as stated in the Refunds section

5. Orders and Fulfillment

• When placing an order, funds are deducted from your balance immediately
• Order processing times depend on the specific service and provider
• We do not guarantee 100% successful unlocking or report availability, as results depend on third-party providers and device status
• You are responsible for providing the correct IMEI / serial number and selecting the appropriate service
• Orders with incorrect IMEI / serial or wrongly selected services are non-refundable

6. Refunds and Compensation

• If an order is not fulfilled (status "rejected" or "cancelled"), funds are automatically returned to your balance
• Refunds to the original payment method are possible only in exceptional cases at the administration's discretion
• Successfully completed orders are non-refundable
• All disputes are resolved through customer support

7. Prohibited Activities

When using the Service, the following is prohibited:

• Using the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system
• Using automated tools for mass access to the Service without using the API
• Creating multiple accounts
• Making fraudulent payments or using stolen payment information
• Reselling services without authorization from the administration
• Using the Service to unlock or check stolen devices for unlawful purposes

8. API Access

• API keys are provided to registered users (where enabled)
• You are responsible for the security of your API key
• We reserve the right to limit API access in case of abuse
• API usage is governed by the same terms as website and bot usage

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties
• We are not liable for any losses arising from the use or inability to use the Service
• We are not responsible for the actions of third-party service providers
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service operation and reserve the right to perform maintenance
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, design, logos, and content on the imeigsx.com website and related IMEIGSX materials are our intellectual property and are protected by copyright law. Copying, reproduction, or distribution of materials without our written consent is prohibited. Apple, GSX, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. IMEIGSX is not affiliated with Apple Inc.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
