Summary of key points
What we process. Account and contact details you provide, Telegram login data, IMEI / serial numbers and order data needed to run checks, payment metadata from processors, IP / technical logs, and limited analytics.
Sensitive special-category data. We do not intentionally collect special-category data (e.g. health, biometrics, political opinions). Device identifiers such as IMEI are personal data and are processed only to deliver the Service.
Third parties. We do not sell, rent, or give away your personal data for advertising or mailing lists. We only pass the minimum technical data required to run a service you requested (for example an IMEI to a check supplier to return a report, or payment details to a payment processor to top up balance). See section 5.
Why we process. To provide accounts, checks, payments, support, security, fraud prevention, service improvement, and legal compliance — and only where we have a valid legal basis.
Your rights. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. Contact us using the details below.
Questions? Email support@imeigsx.com or admin@imeigsx.com. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Service.
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how IMEIGSX ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you use our Services, including:
- the website imeigsx.com and related pages (client cabinet, API docs, prices, and service pages);
- the Telegram bot @imeigsx_bot;
- API access and B2B integrations;
- related sales, support, and communications.
By using our Services, you acknowledge this Policy. Please also review our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
2. What information do we collect?
2.1 Information you provide
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:
- Account and contact data — email address, username / display name, and messages you send to support;
- Telegram account data — when you sign in or use the bot (Telegram user ID, username, name, language, and related auth metadata);
- Device identifiers for orders — IMEI, serial numbers, EID, or other identifiers you submit for checks and reports;
- Business / B2B inquiry data — company name, volume estimates, and contact details submitted via forms (e.g. About page).
All information you provide must be true, complete, and accurate. You should only submit identifiers for devices you are authorized to check.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Technical and security data — IP address, browser / app type, OS, approximate timezone, referral URL, and request logs;
- Usage data — pages viewed, features used, order status events, and cabinet activity needed to operate and secure the Service;
- Cookies and similar technologies — see Cookies.
2.3 Payment information
Balance top-ups and payments are processed by third-party providers (such as CryptoCloud, CryptoBot, Telegram Stars, Binance Pay, card processors, and similar). We receive payment status, amounts, currencies, and provider reference IDs. Full card or wallet secrets are handled by those providers and are not stored in full on our servers.
2.4 Order and transaction history
We store service IDs, prices, statuses, timestamps, results (or result references), refunds, and related balance transactions so we can deliver reports, support, audits, and accounting.
2.5 Information from third parties
We may receive limited data from:
- Telegram — authentication and profile fields needed for login / bot use;
- Payment processors — confirmation of payment success/failure and settlement metadata;
- Check / GSX suppliers — order status and report content returned for the identifiers you submitted;
- Infrastructure providers — security, delivery, and uptime logs.
3. How do we process your information?
We process personal information to:
- create and authenticate accounts (including Telegram login) and operate the client cabinet;
- fulfill IMEI / serial checks, GSX and diagnostic reports, unlock-related or carrier-related orders (where available), and API requests;
- manage balances, invoices, payments, and refunds;
- send order status and service notifications;
- provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
- improve reliability, performance, and product quality;
- detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, chargebacks, and security incidents;
- comply with applicable laws, enforce our Terms, and respond to lawful requests.
4. What legal bases do we rely on?
Where GDPR / UK GDPR (or similar laws) apply, we rely on one or more of the following bases:
- Contract — processing needed to provide the Services you request (accounts, checks, payments, API, support related to an order);
- Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, service improvement, analytics of aggregated usage, and defending legal claims, balanced against your rights;
- Consent — where required (for example certain non-essential cookies / analytics, or optional marketing). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing;
- Legal obligation — tax, accounting, or compliance with binding requests from competent authorities.
5. When and with whom do we share personal information?
We do not sell or trade your personal data. We do not hand your email, Telegram account, or order history to advertisers or unrelated companies.
Some processing is done through technical partners that help us deliver the service you asked for. In those cases we pass only what is necessary:
- Check / result suppliers — when you place an IMEI / serial / GSX (or similar) order, we send the device identifier (and related order parameters) so the supplier can return the report. We do not send your password, full payment card data, or unrelated profile fields for this purpose;
- Payment processors — when you top up or pay, the payment provider receives the amount and payment-flow data they need to complete the transaction. We do not store full card or wallet secrets on our servers;
- Hosting / infrastructure — your account and order data are stored and processed on servers and related infrastructure that host the Service (this is storage/operation of the Service, not a marketing disclosure);
- Analytics — where enabled, tools such as Google Analytics may receive limited technical/usage data (e.g. page views), not your full order results (see Cookies);
- Legal requirements — only if required by a valid legal request from competent authorities, or to protect the Service against fraud/abuse.
In short: we do not “give your data away.” We only use operational partners so that checks, payments, and the website can work.
6. Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?
Yes. We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- keep you signed in and protect sessions;
- remember preferences such as theme and interface language;
- measure traffic and improve the website (including Google Analytics, property ID
G-ZXLGLX97D3, where enabled).
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect login, cabinet, or preference features. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are addressed in section 11.
7. How long do we keep your information?
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy, including while your account is active, and for longer where required or permitted by law (for example tax, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or security logs).
When we no longer need personal information, we delete or anonymize it. If immediate deletion is not possible (e.g. backups), we isolate it from further active use until deletion is practicable.
8. How do we keep your information safe?
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls, and provider security practices for payments. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use the Services in a secure environment and protect your account and Telegram access.
9. Do we collect information from minors?
The Services are intended for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it and deactivate the related account.
10. What are your privacy rights?
Depending on your location (including the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and other regions with similar laws), you may have the right to:
- access and obtain a copy of your personal information;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request deletion (“erasure”), subject to legal retention needs;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- data portability, where applicable;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise these rights, see section 15 or contact us using the details in section 14. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
Account controls. You may review order history and profile-related information in the client cabinet (when logged in). To terminate an account, email support. We may retain limited records as needed for fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute handling.
11. Controls for Do-Not-Track features
Some browsers offer a Do-Not-Track (DNT) setting. There is no single industry standard for responding to DNT. We do not currently alter our data practices solely in response to DNT signals. If a binding standard emerges that we must follow, we will update this Policy.
12. International data transfers
We and our providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards permitted by law (such as contractual protections) for cross-border transfers.
13. Do we make updates to this notice?
Yes. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may also be highlighted on the website or communicated through the Services. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
